Yeah, the GS don't work with TCP to any SIP PBX.  I opened a ticket with 
GS and told them that their TCP implementation is broken and their 
answer was "use udp".  It worked initially for me, but if I restarted 
FS, the GS never re-registered.  Their TCP implementation is broken as 
the FS server sends back a RST since the port is no longer active and 
the GS just keeps trying to register on a bad port.  The only fix is to 
reset the GS every time FS is restarted.
