Another thing you can do is use FreeSWITCH to log into your freeswitch jabber account with a /talk resource then when people call you on googletalk via jingle it will ring your switch.

but freeswitch supports google, so its possible to bridge the two, hint
hint :)

googletalk however doesnt have a dtmf keypad so using it where dtmf is
required (ie ivr) become a bigger challenge.
