[Freeswitch-docs] Variables that seem to not be documented...

Neither of these variables are documented.

video_mirror_input and video_use_dedicated_encoder

Where these are most useful are when you have a lower rest endpoint needing
to call into a conference and the video res on the output to the caller
needs to match the input from the caller, think polycom VVX1500 or other
such lower rest video phone.

So setting video_mirror_input=true and video_use_dedicated_encoder=true
would trigger the output to match the input of the video from the caller.
