Deletion of pages is still restricted...
Bote/Brian, is this something we want to enable for anyone that has edit
perms or do we just want to tag them for deletion, then we can go thru at
one time and have an admin delete them. This will ensure that someone with
edit perms doesn¹t do anything that¹s a major pain to recover (no matter if
they did it purposely or accidentally)
