[Freeswitch-dev] Does playing a video file in a conference depend on some other service on the server?

Not sure if this is a bug, but it’s repeatable for me on latest master:

When I first boot my server FreeSWITCH is automatically started as a
service. When I then create a conference and try to play a video file in
it, the audio plays, but the video is frozen.

If I restart the FreeSWITCH service and then try playing the video file
again, it works just fine, which makes me wonder if there’s some other
service that FreeSWITCH reads on startup to aid in video file playback?
Seems unlikely to me, but not sure how else to explain this rather odd
problem.

So if anyone knows a sysadmin-type fix for this, lemme know, otherwise I’ll
file a JIRA.
