Jan,

Thanks for the reply.  It turns out my configs were messed up.  I am now
up and running with working D-channels in a test environment. (See the
other thread about Mikey's experimenting.)

I'll have more questions in the near future, but I think I've got the
Q.931 issue resolved by getting the correct configuration in place.
