because:
- no french translation (english only)
- no way to configure SpeedDial Buttons (remotely)
- no way to configure SoftKeys (remotely)
- according to <http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Setup+SiP+on+7940+-+7960>:
"the firmware runs into intermittent timeouts upon pulling URLs"
