BLF no longer display actual registration status of phones
We have a problem in BLF indicators - disconnected phones still show as registered (solid green) in the displays. It's an Atcom AT640P phone but it worked before. FS version 1.2.13 64-bit on CentOS 6 2.6.32. How can I trace the problem? ESL, databases, etc. Thanks for any help/hint. Note: Please ignore my earlier post re "BLF Troubleshooting" because this is the real issue. /Nandy
Hi Nandy, I think I would probably start the latest stable version. You are running 1.2.13 which is quite out of date now, 1.2.23 was the last stable release of the 1.2 branch and there is also the 1.4 branch which is the new stable. Once you know you are up to date you may find your issues will be fixed as there was a lot of improvements with BLF’s in the later releases of 1.2, I know because I had some strange sues myself but they seemed to be caused by a mutli-domain environment. Cheers, Ash. On 17 Jun 2014, at 10:25 am, Nandy Dagondon <nandy1925@gmail.com> wrote:

Hi guys, If an IP phone (Ext 6043) is not registered, it's expected that the corresponding BLF display would indicated as such, right? But it indicates as available or free - always. I posted a small pcap file (287kb only) showing the SUBSCRIBE and NOTIFY events. I can't tell if FS or the subscribing IP phone (ext 6001) has a problem or whatever. Here's the link http://www.magicbox.ph/pcap/packets_6001_5.pcapng Kindly take a look particularly packets# 92,93 and 94 using Wireshark. Thanks. /Nandy On Tue, Jun 17, 2014 at 8:46 PM, Nandy Dagondon <nandy1925@gmail.com> wrote:

I believe you would be much better served attaching pcap to a Jira than linking in mailing list.
