slow execution of answer in ESL mode
hi, During the development of some Java ESL script with Dvarnes' library, I noticed the execution of "answer" in ESL mode is much slower than in XML dialplan. It take about 1-2 second in the ESL version while in dialplan mode it is a immediate return. This is not a critical problem, but I just fell strange and want to ask whether it is a bug or something else?
Hello, What version of FS are you testing with, and what OS ? Can you tell what config you created to do your tests and I will try and replicate in my environment. regards davidv On 22 November 2010 12:35, xuyan yang <xyangni@gmail.com> wrote:

I am runing latest git version on ubuntu 10.10. In dial plan, I just park the call. In ESL, when receive a channel parked event with certain destination number, the program create a new in-bound connection and execute "answer" followed by IVR. regards, Eric On Mon, Nov 22, 2010 at 2:24 AM, david varnes <david.varnes@gmail.com>wrote:
