Hi, I am setting up a conference call in Freeswitch having 20 participants. I am facing a problem where sometimes voice from a single party who is the moderator is not audible to rest of the participants even though the GSM signal strength is good. In one scenario, the conference lasted for 45 minutes, but the voice from the moderator went away after 40 minutes. Is there any timeout for conference Regards, Deepika
no, we do this all the time. Sounds like a problem on how the fall is getting to FreeSWITCH. On Wednesday, August 24, 2016, Deepika Yadav <deepikay@iiitd.ac.in> wrote:

Not sure about the issue, I ran multiple conference call with 20-22 participants, after around 15-20 minutes the voice of the conference moderator who initiated the conference becomes inaudible to other participants, even though the moderator can hear voice from others. sounds like a connection issue the fact that the signal is good doesn't mean that there is no bandwidth issue somewhere along the way. upstream connection may be more limited than downstream so has no problem hearing other yet he can't be heard. do you experience the problem when using a regular phone? Thanks, I have yet not tried with this particular phone. Surely, I will try to test this possible case in normal GSM calls without Freeswitch. On Tue, Aug 30, 2016 at 11:31 PM, Abaci B <abaci64@gmail.com> wrote:
