voicemail callerid info and effective_callerid_name
My freeswitch does uses a local database lookup to override incoming callerid by setting the effective_callerid_name information before bridging the call. If the call goes to voicemail, the real callerid is used for the email and voicemail metadata. This is confusing since the recipient gets presented with two different set of callerid information. The one that is from the database lookup and the one that the telco sends. -Rupa
try rev 8854 I changed mod_voicemail to use effective above the real caller id On Fri, Jun 27, 2008 at 9:51 AM, Rupa Schomaker < freeswitch-users@lists.rupa.com> wrote:
