This is how the call was originated: <action application="set" data="api_hangup_hook=sched_api +5 none originate {id_name=${effective_caller_id_name},id_number=${caller_id_number}}sofia/internal/1000%$${domain} GINO_ANS"/>??? ??? ??? 2009-03-28 10:50:56 [ERR] switch_ivr_originate.c:976 switch_ivr_originate() Parse Error! 2009-03-28 10:50:56 [DEBUG] switch_ivr_originate.c:2081 switch_ivr_originate() Originate Resulted in Error Cause: 27 [DESTINATION_OUT_OF_ORDER] 2009-03-28 10:50:56 [DEBUG] mod_commands.c:2213 sch_api_callback() Command originate({id_name=Extension 1000,id_number=1000}sofia/internal/1000%10.0.0.3 GINO_ANS): -ERR DESTINATION_OUT_OF_ORDER Mark
