SPA 3000 - Disconnect Tone

I am using SPA 3000 (FXO) except that the Disconnect Tone is not working for an operator (GVT) now works in another carrier (OI). I'm from Brazil. Anybody know how to find the Disconnect Tone Operator? Att, Rudá Cunha
