xml-curl-mod on call ANSWER
I'm using xml-curl-mod to handle directory/dialplan events and xml-cdr-mod to handle CDRs. I'm missing the Dialplan XML POST that should be triggered when a call is answered. How can I get the an XML POST when call is ANSWERed ? Thanks Assaf -- View this message in context: http://freeswitch-users.2379917.n2.nabble.com/xml-curl-mod-on-call-ANSWER-tp... There isn't a way to do that right now. What exactly are you looking to do with that request? On Jul 15, 2013, at 6:22 AM, adahary <adahary@gmail.com> wrote:

I'm trying to follow the call answer event for some background scripts. If so then I'll trigger mod_curl from a dialplan after ANSWER. -- View this message in context: http://freeswitch-users.2379917.n2.nabble.com/xml-curl-mod-on-call-ANSWER-tp... You could use an execute on answer to call mod_curl. Be careful not to let that block and delay your call. You could also just have a pegged up event listener in esl or script language that does something with those events so your not in the call thread. I'll take your advise and use ESL to stay out of the call stream thread. thanks -- View this message in context: http://freeswitch-users.2379917.n2.nabble.com/xml-curl-mod-on-call-ANSWER-tp... Sent from the freeswitch-users mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
You could just use ESL; http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Event_Socket_Library Cal On Mon, Jul 15, 2013 at 12:29 PM, adahary <adahary@gmail.com> wrote:

Are you sure you don't mean httpapi rather than mod_curl? Regards, Ben Langfeld On 15 July 2013 07:29, adahary <adahary@gmail.com> wrote:
