How to check if a channel was actually bridged after a bridge command
Hello, Is there a way to determine if the call was actually bridged after a bridge command? I want to send the call to voicemail if the bridge was rejected by the b-leg through call screening but take some other action if the call was actually bridged and then the b-leg hung up. Thanks, Ali Pey
I don't know which variables (if any) are set automatically by freeswitch. You could dump the channel info after bridge finishes to see... Otherwise, you could set bridge_pre_execute_data to set a channel variable if the legs are bridged or your group confirm script could do it. In ESL, you'd see the CHANNEL_BRIDGE event. Thank you Christopher. I did set my own channel variable and that's doing the work for me. There is session:bridged() that shows if session is bridged, but I couldn't find something similar that would do the same thing after bridge when hangup_after_bridge is false.
