Was call answered or not?
Which channel variable accessible from mod_cdr_csv can be used to reliable find out if the call was answered or not? "billsec" can't be used - it is equal to 0 if the call has been answered for less than 1 second.
Less than one second will usually mean ZERO... you can use Caller-Profile-Created-Time: 1262619753748917 Caller-Channel-Created-Time: 1262619753748917 Caller-Channel-Answered-Time: 1262619754069545 Caller-Channel-Progress-Time: 0 Caller-Channel-Progress-Media-Time: 1262619754069545 Caller-Channel-Hangup-Time: 0 Caller-Channel-Transfer-Time: 0 These will give you in nano second I think.. maybe micro second. /b On Jan 4, 2010, at 7:51 AM, Sergey Okhapkin wrote:

Thanks for the idea, if Caller-Channel-Answered-Time is not 0, then the call has been answered. On Monday 04 January 2010, Brian West wrote:
