jeff, i have tried both expressions. even re tried original file and its same errors. just happen with new version update this week. also i get a bunch of "adding tone descripters" for busy, etc. that weren't there before on reloadxml rodney -Rodney, Do you have any unusual chars embedded in that string? that are not visible?
