Hello, I am trying to get an ivr to read data from mysql database. What module to I need and is there an example somewhere I can get. Basically I am trying to get the incomming caller ID if that number is in the DB transfer to an extension read from db, else get IVR prompts. Thanks,
You are probably best to use mod_xml_curl, and have FS request dialplan from an external web server. On that server, you can generate a little piece of dialplan the tells free switch whot to do next.
