FreeSwitch using SIP behind a FireWall
Hello What ports should I open inside my FireWall except 5060 for SIP when my Freeswitch is behind a Firewall or there is a tunnelling and I don't have to open ports for the RTP. Regrads, Michael Mendel
You probably do not need to do anything with your firewall to facilitate outbound calls. Inbound calls would need 5060 open and/or routed to the proper host behind the firewall, as long as some ports for RTP (I *think* the range is somewhere around 8000 udp). A VPN most likely will avoid this issue assuming that you are not firewalling between the vpn endpoints. Yossi Neiman Cartis Solutions, Inc. - http://www.cartissolutions.com michael mendel wrote:
