You shouldn't add code to mod_managed itself. Compile your code in a separate dll - see the Demo sample (src/mod/languages/mod_managed/managed/Demo.csx). If you want to run it on Linux you might find that Microsoft stuff like SqlCommand doesn't work on Mono though.
