I have freeswitch up and running and have no idea where to go from here. Has anyone been working on a web interface for provisioning and billing yet? I have a team ready to wrok I jsut am strugglign to find documentation for a starting point.
Tim, We have a billing package that is probably the best on the market. We are in the process of integrating the billing with FreeSwitch via Brian West. It should only take a few hours once they start working on it. I will check with Brian for the status. We also have a very good session border controller. I am particularly interested in this billing interface (and the freeswitch cdr generation). Can you provide me with product spec (formats available, etc.) as the web site shows nothing on a billing product. Thanks. Hello All I would like to make a voice chat for example with gtalk. I prefer c/c++ code or maybe the console program. Regards, Michael Mendel On 11/28/06, Wasim Baig <wasim@convergence.pk> wrote:

Hello ppl, Is there any doc which can explain me how to integrate freeswitch with MySQL ? just like ARA ? I would like to know if anyone has attempted to write the billing system by using Freeswitch as the centralized switching core instead of Asterisk. Also I would like to learn from the expereinced user who has done 3000 simultaneous calls over SIP (on what kind of hardware he made it possible and some more facts) Looking forward to hear back from the developers / users. Thanks & Regards, Mitul Limbani, Founder & CEO, Enterux Solutions, The Enterprise Linux Company (TM), www.enterux.com
I've started working on porting ASTPP to freeswitch but it's not going very fast unfortunately. I'm still in the "rounding up information" stage. Darren Wiebe darren@aleph-com.net Mitul Limbani wrote:

Users, Here are my overall needs for this product. I am hoping to find a single package that can manage Asterisk VPBx's, Freeswitch SIP Traffic, Do both prepaid and post paid billing. Allow for a reseller interface, and a customer portal similar to that of Vonage's. My intentions were to put together a team to develop this but if you have most of the features complete than there is no need. Please inform me ASAP as to what the status of your system is and if there is anything I can have my developers doing to speed it along. I would also like to be able to control virtual hosting and email through this same interface. Regards Tim King CEO Computer & Network Solutions, LLC. OnWeb90 Communication Services.

astpp for fs is being worked on (fspp?) needs integration for fs (AGIs need porting, the rating engine needs to be "deastericized" (have i come up with a new word there?) the php interface needs to be finished up, but other than that you should have possible a single billing system that can handle both asterisk + fs, and possibly even openser from the same platform -- wasim h. baig | principal consultant | convergence pk | +92(300)8508070
Thanks Wasim, As I mentioned in another email, I'm working on it. :-) Any help from other developers is certainly appreciated. Most of the application is written in Perl but the new gui has been done in php. Contact me off list for more info. Darren Wiebe darren@aleph-com.net Wasim Baig wrote:
