I was trying to install and compile it with mod_rad_auth and mod_radius_cdr on centos 6.2.
Now I have installed centos 5.6 and compile it again. I did everything just as on centos 6.2 and I did not get any errors. I get it is something with gcc, as the verison on centos 5.6 is 4.1.x and and on centos 6.2 4.4.x.

Did you read the info I provided (http://jira.freeswitch.org/browse/FS-3630)? There are som linking problems on some Linux distributions, and I think that's your problem here. Also, get back with the full build log (if the above link doesn't help). Thats not your error... you should pastebin the ENTIRE build log on something like this... you build actually tossed an error most likely well above this
