Hi list, I'd like to know if this summary applies to all generated libs, or just to the pcre's?: pcre-7.9 configuration summary: .... Match limit recursion ........... : MATCH_LIMIT Build shared libs ............... : no <<<<<<<==== Why? Build static libs ............... : yes Link pcregrep with libz ......... : yes ... I tried --enable-shared=yes, but it don't do nothing. I also have an issue 'make clean': args list is too long :( JY -- omnibiblious, adj.: Indifferent to type of drink. AFAIK all the generated libs will be statically linked, so that FS uses a known-to-be-stable version. On 30 July 2010 16:23, Jean-Yves F. Barbier <12ukwn@gmail.com> wrote:

Honhon, choice possibility would have been a better option (this one's a test version on unstable , but work version will be build on a stable system.) Thanks.

however this is a real PB, as it crash a 'make current' (and I don't know how to avoid it.) -- May be too intense for some viewers.
Fs's idea of stable might not be the same as your distrobution's. Some libs have customisations th Steve on iPhone On 30 Jul 2010, at 17:32, "Jean-Yves F. Barbier" <12ukwn@gmail.com> wrote:
