All, I'm trying to build from source using the instructions here: https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/CentOS+7+and+RHEL+7 I am almost there but continuously fail to build mod_av with the following error: make[4]: Entering directory `/usr/local/src/freeswitch/src/mod/applications/mod_av' Makefile:1382: *** You must install libavformat-dev to build mod_av. Stop. I've tried building libav from scratch from their github repository and still see the same error. Has anyone else had success with this? Larry -- *Your privacy is important to us. Make sure pkg-config can find the .pc file that the library is installing. You should have this output from pkg-config if libavformat.pc in PKG_CONFIG_PATH: $pkg-config --libs libavformat -lavformat $pkg-config --cflags libavformat -I/usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu On Thu, Mar 5, 2020 at 7:58 PM Larry Hemenway < larryhemenway@motorolasolutions.com> wrote:

Hi Larry, Option 1: sudo apt install libavformat-dev Option 2: You can skip modules you do not want to build by commenting them out in modules.conf. cheers, Piotr Gregor Software Engineer M: (+44) 07483 866 525 www: dataandsignal.com On Thu, Mar 5, 2020 at 9:51 PM Dragos Oancea <dragos@freeswitch.org> wrote:
