SIP Trunk to Avaya CM
Does anyone have the configuration settings for creating a sip trunk back to an Avaya CM 5.2?
If you have a console log we might be able to help you out to see why FS isn't registering. I personally haven't interfaced with Avaya before. - BDF Thank you, Brian Foster Project Manager/Owner's Rep. Davri Investments, Inc. I've did it with an avaya 3 years ago, don't remember the version but it works with native configuration. The only point is that the AVAYA was only able to manage SIP trunk in TCP (no UDP), so you have to configure access and work in SIP TCP. Regards, 2013/6/19 John Doe <boogieman2048@gmail.com>

The only problem you seem to have here (by looking in the logs) is that the IP of the Avaya CM is not allowed in ACL - so FS will force the remote node to authenticate. Just add the IP of the CM in the ACL configuration, as an allowed IP, and everything shoudl work. I have this running in production, and no other special settings are needed. /Peter 2013/6/19 John Doe <boogieman2048@gmail.com>
