Lost and delayed DTMFs
We are having troubles with lost and delayed DTMFs with PhonePower, one of our trunk providers. I was wondering if there is a setting in freeswitch that will force the provider to send inband only. Or if that is even a viable solution?? thanks, Jack
It appears that we solved this by putting in our profile and then executing a start_dtmf on the problem lines in our mod managed application. Jack On 6/25/2013 11:47 AM, Jack wrote:

I was premature in thinking our problems were solved. When we use inband with start_dtmf all of the navigation works well and we do not experience loss of dtmfs but recordings will not reliably terminate. and the terminator tone is recorded when it does. Sometimes 2 or three key presses will terminate sometimes 15 sometimes they have to hang up to terminate it. When we change to use RFC2833 The recordings always terminate correctly, but we have major dtmf loss. Does anyone know what we should try to do to solve this? Thanks, Jack On 6/25/2013 2:14 PM, Jack wrote:
