Delay in call establishment when trans-coding enabled

Hi, We have been using transcoding feature which is available in freeswitch. But due to transcoding, call establishment is delayed by around 10 sec. Is there a way to avoid this delay? Thanks, Vivek.

New subject: Delay in call establishment when trans-coding enabled
There is no reason transcoding should delay call establishment like that, and I have never seen that happening. I would start with confirming what exactly is happening.
