Hi all, I am looking for a way to play an image for the participant who is on hold in a video conference call. Is there a config available in freeswitch to achieve this? Thanks Ramesh
An image to the participant, or in place of them in the conf?

In place of the participant in the conference. Active participants of the call should see the image (from a file) for the participant(s) who is/are on hold. Thanks Ramesh On Mon, Sep 16, 2019 at 2:43 PM Mike Jerris <mike@freeswitch.org> wrote:

Hold isn’t a fully fleshed out feature in conference as I only added exactly what I needed for our use case. It may be that avatar’s work in hold, but I think it actually treats these as if they are not in the conference when they are on hold. You would have to add the feature you are discussing or control it out of band by using the mute features to emulate the behavior you are talking about.
