variable_sip_outgoing_contact_uri question
Hi, In my scenario, that variable looks like this: variable_sip_outgoing_contact_uri: [<sip:gw+mygw1@10.1.1.1:5060 ;transport=udp;gw=mygw1>] Is it possible, to make it look like this? : variable_sip_outgoing_contact_uri: [<sip:10.1.1.1:5060>] So far, the things I've found for the gateway configuration are: ...which only replaces the username part, and: ... which only adds to the contact parameters. I tried "" and "_undef_" combinations without success. Can you give me some clues about how to trim those contact header parts, if possible? Thanks, Stefan

Hi, The reasons I want to play with the Contact header parts are: 1. I want to give as less info as I can in my SIP headers. 2. I want to keep my SIP message as small as I can I was wondering if there are ways to manipulate(i.e. trim) Contact header parts. Thanks, Stefan On Wed, Jul 6, 2016 at 5:56 PM, Brian West <brian@freeswitch.org> wrote:

I think your concerns are misplaced. You can keep your messages smaller via other methods. Are you needing this on INVITE or REGISTER? On Wed, Jul 6, 2016 at 3:23 PM, Anonim Stefan <fanx07@gmail.com> wrote:

I would have needed it for INVITES; I need to stick to UDP... Thank you for the quick code review and answer. Stefan
