Add custom variables to mod_xml_curl
Is it possible to have custom parameters in addition to the normal parameters sent in FreeSWITCH'es MOD_XML_CURL POST request?
mod_xml_curl sends ALL the current channel variables. So just set a new channel variable before a transfer and you get more parameters sent. Is that what you mean? -Avi On Wed, Jun 26, 2013 at 2:20 PM, Ivan C Myrvold <ivan@myrvold.org> wrote:

Are there any other way to set channel variables than in set application in dial plan? -- View this message in context: http://freeswitch-users.2379917.n2.nabble.com/Add-custom-variables-to-mod-xm... Sent from the freeswitch-users mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
You could add the params into the URL of the mod_xml_curl config (assuming you want to be sending static vars with each request). Hope this helps Cal On Wed, Jun 26, 2013 at 1:08 PM, imyrvold <ivan@myrvold.org> wrote:

Yes, that could be an option. How do I do that? -- View this message in context: http://freeswitch-users.2379917.n2.nabble.com/Add-custom-variables-to-mod-xm... Sent from the freeswitch-users mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
Just add ?a=b&c=d&e=f etc to the end of your existing binding's URL (and reload). On 26 June 2013 13:49, imyrvold <ivan@myrvold.org> wrote:

Why isn't the set application sufficient? Answer that and we might be able to offer suitable suggestions... -Steve On 26 June 2013 13:08, imyrvold <ivan@myrvold.org> wrote:
