Guys, I've run into a strange problem. I cannot establish a wss connection to my FreeSWITCH from my Android Chrome or Android Firefox. I believe Firefox on a Mac is also affected although it works fine on both Chrome and Firefox on Windows. The error is "The site's security certificate is not trusted" I thought that I did not set up the cert correctly but it turns out that the FS own WebRTC demo has the same problem. If you go to this URL https://webrtc.freeswitch.org:7443 from your Android Chrome browser, you will see it. I consulted with my security team and the best we could guess was that the FS code does not check or use the cert chain from ca-bundle.crt and some browsers are not smart enough to figure it out on their own. Any ideas?
cat the cert, the key and the chain cert into wss.pem and get rid of ca-bundle.crt I noticed we forgot to do that on the demo since we discovered you need them all together. I reproduced what you said and fixed it by doing the above. On Fri, Jul 25, 2014 at 2:25 PM, Oleg Stolyar <olegstolyar@gmail.com> wrote:

Hi all, I using fs 1.4.6 I setup a conference. I escape from a conference to a extension or to play a external voiceprompt. For example: in conference.conf.xml <control action="execute_application" digits="*" data="execute_extension dorf_mailboxmenu1 XML dorf_mailboxmenu"/> the extenion works correctly. I get the voice. During the call, i play a soundfile with "uuid_broadcast" or: "uuid_displace" After playing the soundfile, to the channel, i get the file. But the voice on the running extension is very clearlly. To repruduct the problem you can simply play a soundfile for example: <control action="execute_application" digits="0" data="playback /test.wav"/> connect alone or more people in a conference. Escape to the testprompt, press 0. Play a soundfile with: uuid_broadcast during the test prompt. For example 2 or more persons talking in the conference. I get the voice from the extension and people in the conference together. for example, to place a call from the conference, you have a smal callingcardsystem, you get the voice from uuid_broadcast: you have 30 seconds to end this call. I can.t hear the party after uuid_broadcast or uuid_displace is running. I use for testing the old version 1.2.5.3 this is no a problem. Can your make a hotfix please? Is it possible to have the default language set to english as an example, then set certain ivr's or voicemail boxes to french. I do not see the settings to allow this and have searched extensively for it. For the ivr, I would use a basic ivr, 1 for english, 2 for french, then the selected ivr would play the proper languages. However, some mail boxes need to have english for the default language and some need to have french. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Darcy voice2net

Chris, thanks for the input, I tried that in several places re your input and the wiki, does not seem to affect anything. Everything still plays in english. Do you have the french pieces installed, in modules.conf found in the source directory, make sure this line in uncommented say/mod_say_fr, i believe if that parts not installed/done it'll revert back to english. On Sun, Jul 27, 2014 at 7:23 AM, Darcy Primrose <fs@voice2net.ca> wrote:

so you'd run that after your IVR, so wherever it took you, you'd set default_language=<language>
