How to play a prompt(mid-call) after calls are bridged
Hi, The call is bridged between leg a and leg b. How to play a prompt in the midcall only towards leg b after receiving some dtmf from leg b. After getting dtmf from leg b, I tried to play the prompt by bridgedSession = new ManagedSession(outBoundUuid); bridgedSession.StreamFille("prompt.wav", 0); But it didn't work. Do I need to do something similar to MoH? Thanks in advance.Srini
I'm assuming you meant Stream.File instead of Stream.Fille? Thanks, uuid_displace did the trick. But the problem with this API is its not blocked. It returns immediatelly. My next statement was hungup, so uuid_displace goes in vain. I added sleep before hungup and it worked as expected. Thanks for the help. You might just transfer then to an IVR, also you could Originate and connect them to an IVR from the start. Does that work for you?
