how to increase/decrease stream volume.
Hi, users. I am playing streams with mod_vlc. Some streams are higher in volume and other lower. I want to control stream volume by pressing some dtmf. Is there any way to do so, like in mod_conference we can increase/decrease volume by pressing some dtmf. Thanks.
See https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Session_streamFile (I could not find it in Confluence) I know it works with Shout I am not sure if it works with VLC. You might also look at the Normalize tool in VLC if they ever got that working. There’s also an AGC (Automatic Gain Control) feature. That would automate it.
