How to check whether freeswitch is serving any calls or not?
Hi all, I wanted to know if it is possible to check whether freeswitch is having any calls at that the moment. Let me know if anyone has idea about this. Thanks
You can run "show call count" on fscli or "show status" On Jun 16, 2015 3:11 PM, "Pandurang Waghulde" < pandurang@idyllic-software.com> wrote:

See /libs/esl/ruby in git, or wrap the fs_cli command. The client library won't be built when you build freeswitch, it needs to be built separately. You can also take a look at https://github.com/adhearsion/ruby_fs, which is a more ruby-like approach than the version provided by ESL. On 16 June 2015 at 08:32, Steven Ayre <steveayre@gmail.com> wrote:

Apart from what has been suggested, you can send calls from a different system and check how your server behaves... On Jun 16, 2015 12:10 PM, "Pandurang Waghulde" < pandurang@idyllic-software.com> wrote:

Ok, Thanks. I did in this way in RUBY, FS_CLI = "/usr/local/src/freeswitch/fs_cli" calls_count = `"#{FS_CLI}" -x "show calls count"`.to_i On Tue, Jun 16, 2015 at 5:41 PM, Stanislav Sinyagin <ssinyagin@gmail.com> wrote:
