Hello, I'm looking for a way to have some sort of queue that I can cherry pick a specific caller that I wish to bridge with a specific member. The only way I can think of, is by using valet parking, is there another way to do it, that is simpler? Thanks, Ido
you can let the inbound calls play MOH, and use ESL to uuid_break and uuid_bridge the ones you need. On Mon, Mar 2, 2015 at 2:07 PM, ik <idokan@gmail.com> wrote:

Thank you for the answer, but I'm unsure how to hold the calls with MOH, unless it's some sort of queue or conference.
