Re: [Freeswitch-users] Termination Providers (OT..Somewhat)
Hello Matt, can you please add International Traffic Providersor something specific to wholesale carriers looking to buy routes from Providers. Thanks, Yogesh. Hello - We are currently very unhappy with our termination partner and are looking for someone else. We do calls to China, US, H.K. and Canada. Quality is key. Our traffic is doubling month over month.
I realize this is somewhat off topic for this list, but this is a very savvy community and I think it would be beneficial to start a wiki page guiding people in the right direction on this subject so its not brought up on this list and those in this business can let the rest of us know.
Thanks! Jonathan

Just a little FYI.. If I continue to see what is going on via the wiki on this http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Providers page... I'll just delete it. DO NOT REMOVE ANY THING YOU DID NOT PUT ON THERE WITHOUT ASKING FIRST. It's not a place to advertise rates or prices.. It's a place to put LINKS ONLY. I'm thinking I might make a requirement that every provider include the EXACT xml needed for their gateways to work with FreeSWITCH on the wiki. /b On May 14, 2008, at 7:34 PM, Matt Klein wrote:

Hi Who can assist me in resuscitating Mod_mono? We've built a powerful interfadce to FS using .Net however, as we're using the socket API (mod_event_socket) we found this interface a bit limited in terms of scalability. We've been playing around other modules to build mod_mono from scratch and we believe we can address all the memory marshaling challenges this module faced in the past however, it would be a lot quicker if we could have access to some existing code, if someone did some of the work already. Any guidance tip is welcomed. Cheers, UV No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG. Version: 7.5.524 / Virus Database: 269.23.16/1433 - Release Date: 14-May-08 4:44 PM
If you join irc I can give you a detailed explanation of exactly how it should be done. I just have not had the time to do it but I have a crystal clear road map. irc.freenode.net #freeswitch or go to our homepage http://www.freeswitch.organd use the java based irc client to join the channel. The past week i've looked at reimplementing mod_mono from scrach for FreeSwitch, a basic stuff, nothing of special. However would be handy, if FS sources will let this, manage T.38 and other stuff from mod_mono. The true problem is that i don't know FS internals and i've discovered it only the a couple of months ago. However i can really give an hand (or two :)) if someone start to work on mod_mono (or a more generic mod_dotnet adding support for using .NET on Windows while using mono on other platforms ... we can take a look to mod_aspdotnet for apache 2 for windows) UV ha scritto:
