Does the call have to be rejected twice by the end user for calls to be transferred to voicemail on freeswitch? In my case I have to hit the reject button twice on the phone for calls to be transferred to voicemail. Thanks for your help.

Does the call have to be rejected twice by the end user for calls to be transferred to voicemail on freeswitch? Probably not. Can you get a siptrace of this behavior? Most likely the phone isn't actually sending the BYE until you hit reject a second time. What kind of phone is it? -MC
