SIP Client couldn't receive BYE
Hi, We have two different SIP Clients and they all use 3G to connect to FS. SIP_Client1 receives BYE without problem but SIP_Client2 couldn't. In the SIP_Client2 case, I don't understand why FS sended BYE to 100.77.163.183 rather than 42.71.215.54. Here are the snippet of FS log. http://pastebin.freeswitch.org/22430 Thanks. Jimmy --- 由於 avast! 防毒軟體已開啟防護,所以此封電子郵件將不受病毒及惡意軟體的侵害。 http://www.avast.com
BYE is sent to the address in the Contact header of the INVITE. When a client is behind NAT that can mean the client gives an incorrect address (its internal not external IP which isn't reachable). In this case I assume there's some carrier NAT happening. If the client has STUN support that can work around it, or you can use one of the NDLB options - try NDLB-connectile-dysfunction On 18 April 2014 04:53, Jimmy Chang <chang33.tw@gmail.com> wrote:

Compare the INVITEs to see what differs between the clients. Might hint at why the behaviour differs. Are you sure they're using 3G not Wifi in all cases? If they're on Wifi the NAT behaviour there could be different. Are you sure the NDLB option is in effect? You can also try the rport one.
Hello Jimmy, Have you tried "sip_sticky_contact=true"? (there's no documentation but here's the wiki page: http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/NAT_Traversal#sip_sticky_contact) I had kind of same issue as you and this solved my problem! Florent Le 18/04/2014 13:50, Jimmy Chang a écrit :

Hi Jimmy, Anthony M. wrote on a (quite old) mailing-list topic the following information: /also you can set //sip_sticky_contact=true //channel var which will make that session turn on nat lock in the b leg //so they can't change the contact to a nat addr // //add it in {} to your dial string like "//{sip_sticky_contact=true}sofia/internal/foo@bar.com <mailto:foo@bar.com>" / (http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.telephony.freeswitch.user/22645) Could be great if someone with the rights could update http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/NAT_Traversal#sip_sticky_contact then :) Best regards, Florent Le 21/04/2014 08:53, Jimmy Chang a écrit :
