Current code in master is 1.6 and for this version you need to follow this https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/FreeSWITCH%201.6%20Video

If you don't want the new video features, just

git checkout v1.4

and compile again.

Actually,libyuv and libyuv-devel is already installed on server.
