its better not to put FS in charge of uploading the recording somewhere where you cannot control the transport. This always ends in disaster :=)

that was always a 2 step process for me.

1st dump it to a file system ( ram disk if you can )

2nd on record_stop event, move that file to a storage location by a separate application outside freeswitch.
