For Step one when type ./bootstrap.sh  it works fine no Errors at all

For Step two when typing ./configure  it works fine but I got an error at the end it says :

config.status: error: cannot find input file: Makefile.in

And after that when I run this command cp build/modules.conf.in modules.conf  I got this such a msg Illegal instruction

Make all install does not work as well it got    make: *** No rule to make target `all'.  Stop.

Any ideas?? Btw am using Linux FC4
