You could use iceGatheringTimeout

```

/**

   * The maximum duration to wait in ms for ICE gathering to complete.
   * No timeout if undefined or zero.
   */
  iceGatheringTimeout?: number;
```

Example:
```

userAgentOptions.sessionDescriptionHandlerFactoryOptions = {

   iceGatheringTimeout: 1000,

};
```
