OK - Its FIXED

1 > after changing the `internal.xml` and applying `reloadxml` + `reloadacl` did not worked on the fly, the changes where not on the fly getting reloaded (is this a BUG?)

2 > but after doing `service freeswitch restart` seems to be working now
