I could say yes, but maybe it would be better to say, its probably much quicker for you to every once in a while try something that would talk 30 seconds to find out before you send a stack of simple questions to the mailing list that you could have easily found out for yourself.  Your questions that can be simply answered by trying or typing a search phrase into the wiki to answer seem to be FAR FAR too frequent on the list.
