With Different colours / blinking patterns representing different agent states in the queue?

You could have different states for Ready / Not Ready / Logged Out, etc..

Just my interpretation.

How would the BLF display the agent's status? Just curious.

Just something i've been wondering, I'd like to use a quickdial/blf key to log in and out of a queue. Simple enough. But I'd also like to display the agent's status in that queue using the BLF. Is that something that's going to be possible?

I've been looking at trying to implement it using the event socket to send the custom presence updates.

Thanks,
