when i start freeswitch if enable echo cencel in zt.conf  CPU peak to 100% when i disable echo cancel FS can start but when first call incominng got 100% again.

I suggest you to start using freeswitch trunk (and openzap trunk).

In the other hand, when you talk about 4E1 R2, you mean R2 as the telephony signaling or is this some kind of board brand?
