check your lua script for endless loops that are not broken with session:ready() checks.
Also get a gcore when you have the stuck channel and get a backtrace on the core per our debugging freeswitch wiki page.

Hi,

In very rare case, some channels stay active till I execute uuid_session_heartbeat or any uuid command.
I run Freeswitch 1.2.14 and there is an LUA listener handling calls' dialplans and hangups. In approximately 12 000 calls, 1 channel stays alive even it's state is down.
You can see CLI output here: http://pastebin.com/Z8ycPX3g

What do you suggest, where can the issue be? Also not only hearbeat, but any uuid command finishes the call.

Thanks
