If you really want your code to act like the big boys you always ceiling to the second or bill increment…  using whole numbers for example, 60/60 (1 minute increments like that cell phone companies)  0-60 is the first minute, 61 seconds, that’s 2 minutes…

 

When you are dealing ms level counters, 0-60.000 is first minute, 60.001-120.000 is the second minute. Doesn’t matter that you are only .001 over the 60 seconds you are into the next minute already…
