Yeah, that&#39;s not the easiest nut to crack. However, if you&#39;re willing to make some assumptions then you could do a show channels and then grab all the &quot;presence_id&quot; values. If you see &lt;user&gt;@&lt;domain&gt; then you could assume that the user is on a call.<br>
