One of these threads might answer your question;

You can also use mod_xml_curl perhaps with a simple PHP script to achieve your end goal as well.

As far as I'm aware, there is no way to specify a 'dynamic' URL in the gateway configuration (although strangely, it is possible in mod_xml_curl, with use-dynamic-url, as shown here http://jira.freeswitch.org/browse/FS-419 - you could maybe put in a feature request?)

I could be wrong, there might very well be support for this, but I couldn't find any reference to it.

Hope this helps

Hi guys,

I've just faced with a problem of defining a dynamic gateway the same way as
in asterisk sip.conf with "host=dynamic" configuration parameter. So the
question is how to define a gateway to a host behind a nat where host ip and
port become available only after registration of this host on freeswitch.

Any idea would be very much appreciated, Dmitry
